Shipping & Returns Policy


Orders are shipped Tuesday through Thursday at 12:00 pm CST. Friday shipping is available during the holidays in November and December, and for Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Any orders placed after 12:00 pm CST will ship the next business day.


Due to delays from COVID-19, shipping delivery times may be affected. Thank you for your understanding!

We accept and are able to deliver online orders in the United States and U.S. territories. With FedEx as our carrier, we are not able to deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a street address for shipping when placing an order. We offer the following shipping methods to our customers. Delivery days are estimates and not guaranteed. If you need your product quickly, please put the details in the checkout comments and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

  • FedEx Standard Overnight® | Overnight by end of business day
  • FedEx Priority Overnight® | Overnight by 10:30am

We also offer UPS Ground shipping from October through April only.


    Shipping durations depend on the temperature of the order location and the temperature at our facility in Wisconsin. If the temperature is above 80 degrees F, all orders must be shipped via FedEx Next Day Air.



    We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped out. Please check the accuracy of your order upon receipt. Any errors or damaged items must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of your order.

    For health and safety reasons, food and perishable products are not returnable or exchangeable except in cases in which Stella’s Confectionery has shipped the incorrect item.

    If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping, you will have the option to receive a replacement of the original shipment.

    If you receive damaged goods, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please save your shipping box and packaging because it will need to be inspected by the carrier.

    If the box is discarded, claims cannot be filed for damaged goods or items.

    Any order sent to a customer that is refused or is undeliverable will be charged the full shipping costs, including return shipping charges to Stella’s Confectionery. Undeliverable packages are treated similarly to orders for which an incorrect address has been provided by the customer or orders where the carrier has made three attempts to deliver and no one is available to accept the package.

    If you have given us an incorrect address at the time of ordering, we will reship the order at your expense.
